Privacy Policy
Last updated September 11, 2026
The short version: we keep what you give us to make the cards, the video and the pages. Pages are public to anyone with the link. We do not sell your information. Ask, and we will take things down.
What we collect
- What you type about your graduate: name, rank, branch, unit, base, training and graduation dates, hometown, the dedication lines, and family members who served before them.
- Photos you upload. We store resized copies to make the cards, the video and share images.
- Order details from Stripe: your email, the name and branch you entered at checkout, and what you bought. Stripe handles the card itself. We never see or store card numbers.
- Logins: your email, the one-time codes we send (stored scrambled, never in plain form), and when you last logged in. If you add family members, their name and email.
- Wall messages and the name and relationship people type with them.
- Removal requests: the name, email and details in the form.
- On your own device only: during the free preview, the details you type are remembered in your browser so you do not have to type them twice. Free preview photos stay on your phone and are not uploaded.
How we use it
- To build and show the cards, video, family page and class page you asked for.
- To confirm your payment and give you your private link.
- To answer removal requests and questions about your order.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use your photos in our advertising without asking you first.
What is public
A published family page, with its photos, cards, video and wall, can be seen by anyone who has its link. If you chose to be listed on the class page, your graduate’s name, rank, hometown and first photo appear there too. We ask search engines not to index family and class pages, but we cannot stop someone who has a link from sharing it.
Who helps us run it
Stripe processes payments. Our website runs on Vercel, our database on Turso, and Brevo sends our login codes and invites. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We email the family members you add only to invite them and send their login codes.
How long we keep it
Your page stays up for as long as the service runs, because keeping it is what you paid for. You can ask us to remove a page, photos or messages at any time.
Children
The site is meant for adults. Some service members start training at 17. If a graduate is under 18, only a parent or guardian should publish their page. If you believe a minor’s information was posted without that permission, use the removal request form.
Your choices
- Turn class page listing on or off from your private link.
- Ask us to remove a page, a photo, a message or your order information through the request form.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. For anything about your information, use the request form, or reply to your receipt email about an order.
