— The whole career

Eight milestones.
Twenty four years.
One link.

Graduation is one page. This one is a life. First Sergeant Tyler J. Harris, Army, from a swearing-in room in Ohio at eighteen to a room of soldiers on their feet at forty two. One link the whole time.

— What kept landing on it

Every milestone
came home here.

His mother bought graduation in 2002 for the same forty dollars you would pay tomorrow. Everything under it was added later, most of it by Tyler and his wife, from wherever he was stationed.

Where it started

Basic Combat Training

His mother bought this page the afternoon he graduated. Fifty cards, a reel, and a link she sent to everybody in Lima who could not get to South Carolina.

Advanced training graduation

Fort Lee, five months after Fort Jackson. His drill sergeant put an arm around him for the picture, the same man who would not let him quit. His mother added it to the page that night.

The goodbye

Eleven months in Kuwait were about to start. The smallest person in the family would not let go, and his mother added this one to the page herself, three hours after the buses left.

Made Staff Sergeant

Fort Hood, in front of his whole section, with their son on her hip. The stripe went up on the page that afternoon and his grandfather asked for a printed copy.

He signed again

Six more years, under a flag in a drill hall with his children watching from folding chairs. The card went up the same day and his mother printed it for the wall.

Third deployment

Bagram. Nobody talked in the parking lot. His wife added this one from her phone after the buses pulled out, and the page kept it family only, the way deployments always are.

Home from Bagram

Six months on, she hit him at a dead run in the middle of the hangar. The page had forty new photos on it inside a week and his mother watched the reel until she knew it by heart.

Honorably retired

Twenty four years, closed out on the same link his mother sent in 2002. His wife was next to him wiping her eyes, and a room of soldiers he had trained was on its feet.

$39.99 now, $60 later

Graduation is forty dollars and it stands on its own. If you ever want the rest, the forty you already paid comes straight off, so the whole career costs $60 more. One payment, no subscription, kept for life.

8Milestones so farBasic, advanced training, deployment, promotion, reenlistment, another deployment, homecoming, retirement. Every one of them a card.
20Photos per milestoneNot one picture per event. Twenty, and every one becomes its own numbered card. Five promotions is five sections. Ten deployments is ten. No cap.
1Link, twenty four yearsHis mother sent it in 2002. The same link was on its feet in a retirement ceremony in 2026.
∞After he is doneIt does not close when he takes the uniform off. His grandfather is already on the back of his cards.

— The difference

Graduation is a day.
This is a record.

They add it, not you

After graduation the photos are on their phone. They claim the page, you approve it, and from then on the stripe and the homecoming go up the day they happen.

The wall never closes

Every milestone brings the same people back to the same link. Twenty four years of it in one place.

Deployments stay private

Family only by default, location optional. Nobody has to think about it, it is already right.

It outlives the account

His mother and his grandfather are on the back of every card he has. One day his page will be on the back of somebody else's.

— Twenty per milestone

Not one photo
each. Twenty.

Every milestone on this page holds up to twenty photos, and every one of them becomes its own numbered card. These are four of his.
